Communication Audit
For this project, the communication audit was conducted on the College of Humanities, Social Sciences, and the Arts. This audit begins with an introduction on the CHSSA and after assessing the brand, it provides strategic insights for improvement in several areas. CHSSA often competes with different colleges such as ECU and UNC Charlotte. The key audience that CHSSA is directed towards would be primarily be high school graduates in addition to older graduates. A thorough analysis of the CHSSA Instagram page was completed including detailed examination of interactions, content, and engagement metrics. This also employed the use of the Rivaliq analytics program to compare the different platforms that the CHSSA uses to what two of its top competitors use. I was able to make several recommendations at the end to help benefit the CHSSA in its integration of several communication channels.
